Annual General Meeting
To comply with our constitution as registered with the Charity Commission we hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) every year.
All our members and prospective members will receive notice of our AGMs via our electronic mailing list. For the last few years the meetings have taken place online on Zoom.
All are welcome to attend but only members can vote on AGM business and the election of trustees.

Papers for the Annual General Meeting are made available to all the members and prospective members that have subscribed to our mailing list. If you wish to receive papers by any other means please contact us.
