Annual General Meeting
To comply with our constitution as registered with the Charity Commission we hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) every year.
All our members and prospective members will receive notice of our AGMs via our electronic mailing list. For the last few years the meetings have taken place online on Zoom.
Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025
Our last AGM was held on Monday 25th August 2025 at 5.30pm on Zoom. Our next AGM will be in approximately one year’s time in 2026
We would very much welcome more members on our board of trustees to helps us plan and run the activities of the group. We would particularly welcome women, who are not currently represented. Please contact us if you are interested in joining the board.
