Annual General Meeting
To comply with our constitution as registered with the Charity Commission we hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) every year.
Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026
This year’s AGM will be held at 1.00pm on Monday 20th July in the Community Room at The Café in Fenton where it will be followed by our usual social meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend but only members can vote.

- Proposal for Advance Postal and Electronic Voting
Prospective members and supporters of our charity are also welcome to attend the Annual General Meeting but only members can vote.
