CAPTURING REMEMBRANCE
LGBT+ STORIES AND MEMORIES

As part of the National Memorial Arboretum’s national ‘Capturing Remembrance’ GRAIN Projects are delighted to be leading two days at The Brampton in collaboration with OLGBT+.
You are invited to attend to share your LGBT+ memories and stories that are about the act of remembering. This could relate to remembering community members and friends, and/or the World AIDS Day Vigil, Freddy Mercury, the historic Hanley vigil for the Orlando shootings, or any other personal, national or international act of remembrance. The project is about a memory that is significant to you.
Everyone should bring a photo or object from home that symbolises memories and remembrance.
Please join us on:
Saturday 26 Sep and/or Friday 9 Oct
2pm – 4pm at The Brampton Museum, Newcastle-under-Lyme.
The activities will be led by GRAIN Projects and by photographer Kate Peters.
FREE to attend.
With thanks to the National Memorial Arboretum, GRAIN Projects and The Brampton.
