The North Midlands LGBT Older Peoples Group is a partner of the Community Health Champions initiative co-ordinated by VAST.
We promote health and wellbeing through our online and in person meetings. We also post health messages in our electronic mailings and on social media.

Sighted guide training teaches you how to guide a person with sight loss, with confidence, skill and empathy. This free one hour training session offered by the Guide Dogs charity will give you the basic skills you need.
